PRIVACY POLICY

By filling out the order form, the contact form or by registration, you provide the operator of the e-shop, company Crocodille ČR, spol. s. r. o., ID reg. No.: 43001343, with registered office at Poděbradská 55/88, 198 00 Prague 9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" or "Personal Data Administrator") the possibility of using your personal data. The purpose of this document is to inform you in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) about what information about your person in connection with selling goods and/or providing services we collect, for what reason and how we use such information, what are your rights regarding the personal data we use and how you can exercise your rights in accordance with the GDPR regulation.

 

INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW WE USE IT

In connection with the purchase, we process data to the extent filled in the order form (mainly name, contact details, delivery address and your billing information). We need this data primarily to ensure the fulfillment of the contract, based on which we will deliver you the ordered goods in the manner chosen by you. For reasons of fulfilling the contract, we will process your personal data only for the time necessary to fulfill our obligations.

We also use your personal data for transportation reasons (fulfillment of our part of the contract). We convey this data to shipping companies. Due to possible complaints from both the customer and the carrier, we will keep your personal data for a period of 5 years from the placing an order.

We will also use the contact data you entered for registration purposes and for sending additional information and business communications. In our legitimate interest is to keep a database of our customers, just as it is in our legitimate interest to be able to reach you with our well-intentioned business offers. We need the records of our customers mainly for reasons of protecting our rights or in the event of a legal dispute. For marketing and record-keeping reasons, we will process your personal data for a period of 5 years from your last order. But don't worry, we won't bother you by sending commercial communications, after all, in each such message you will not only know that it is a commercial communications, but each will also contain a link, after clicking on we will no longer send you commercial communicatons.

We will use the personal data you provide us in the contact form (name and e-mail) to resolve the message you sent. After solving the message sent by you, we will delete this personal data without undue delay.

In the event that we create any tax document containing your personal data, we have a legal obligation to archive such document for a period of 10 years. Therefore, if we have a legal obligation to archive such documents, your personal data listed on the relevant document is stored together with them.

We may entrust the processing of your personal data to a third party as a processor. We have concluded personal data processing contracts with these persons, which guarantee at least the same level of protection of your personal data as this Privacy Policy. As part of fulfilling our legal obligations, we convey your personal data to administrative bodies and authorities according to applicable legislation. Apart from transport companies, direct suppliers, persons in the Crocodille group and franchisees of the Bageterie Boulevard concept, your personal data will not be passed to third parties without your prior consent. At the same time, we would like to assure you that we do not pass your personal data to countries outside the EU.

 

WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE FROM THE GDPR AND HOW TO USE THEM WITH US

RIGHT TO ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND THE RIGHT TO THE RECTIFICATION OF PERSONAL DATA

At any time in the future, you can send us a message to the e-mail address info@boulevard.cz and obtain a confirmation of whether or not your personal data are being processed by us. In the event that your data will be processed by us, we can at your request, beyond the scope of the information provided in the General Terms and Conditions, in this Privacy Policy and in the document containing data on the use of cookies, also inform you about any third parties to whom your personal data have been or will be made available. If we do not obtain personal information from you, you have the right to all information available to us about where we obtained your personal data.

 

If we process your personal data inaccurately, you can alert us to this fact by sending a message to the e-mail address info@boulevard.cz, and we will then correct the inaccurate personal data without unnecessary delay. By a written request to our customer department, it is possible to request the deletion of your user account and personal data that are not necessary for further processing.

THE RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In cases where we process your personal data by on our legitimate interest, you have the right to lodge a complaint at any time against the processing by sending a message to the e-mail address info@boulevard.cz. If you file such an complaint, we will not be able to process your personal data unless we prove what compelling legitimate interests for processing prevail over your interests or rights and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

If you file an objection against the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes (e.g. for the purposes of sending business communications), we will no longer process your data for direct marketing purposes.

 

THE RIGHT TO LIMITATION OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

You have the right to request that we limit any processing of your personal data, including their deletion, i.e. that we stop processing them:

  • If you let us know that the personal data we have collected are inaccurate, until verification of the accuracy.
  • If the processing of your personal data is unlawful and you, instead of deleting it, request a restriction of its use by sending a message to the e-mail address info@boulevard.cz.
  • If we will no longer need your personal data for the fullfilment of a contract, but you will need them for the execution of your rights.
  • If you lodged an objection against processing according to the paragraph above, until we verify whether our reasons for processing prevail your interests.

 

THE RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN (THE RIGHT TO THE ERASURE OF PERSONAL DATA)

If you noticed that we are processing your personal data:

even though their processing is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we obtained them;

if you lodged an objection according to the paragraph mentioned above and we are unable to prove legitimate reasons for their processing that prevail over your interests or rights and freedoms, or for the exercise or defense of legal claims, and/or;

unauthorized, you have the right to demand that we erase the personal data processed in this way without undue delay from your notification of such facts by sending a message to the e-mail address info@boulevard.cz. However, we cannot erase the data even at your request, if their processing is necessary for the execution of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfillment of one of our legal obligations or for the fulfillment of a task carried out in the public interest, or for the determination, exercise or defense of our legal claims.

 

RIGHT TO PROVIDE DATA IN MACHINE READABLE FORM

If, by sending a message to the e-mail address info@boulevard.cz, you ask us to provide you with your personal data processed by us, we shall send them to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (e.g. *.xls, *.csv, or in a similar format). If you ask us to send your personal data to another personal data administrator, we will of course comply with your request.

 

THE RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH THE OFFICE FOR PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In the event that, in your opinion, we are not fulfilling all our legal obligations arising in connection with the processing of your personal data, please contact us directly first. If even our colleagues are unable to help you, of course you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection, either at the address of the office's headquarters at Pplk. Sochora 27, Prague 7, zip code 170 00, by e-mail posta@uoou.cz, or by any other means accepted by the Office for Personal Data Protection. UPDATE OF PRIVACY POLICY

We hereby inform you that we may modify or update this Privacy Policy. Any changes of this Policy will become effective upon the posting on our website.
